**New Vacancy** - Head of Loans, Acquisitions and Securitisations

This candidate will act as the conduit between Lehman Brothers, SPML, PML and the SSC (the group) in relation to sales of portfolios of mortgages that have been originated by SPML or PML to third party counterparts; the acquisition of portfolios of mortgages that have been originated by third party counterparts; and securitisations of mortgages originated by SPML and/or PML.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Contract Finance team on transaction executions.
- Liaising with buyers or sellers of assets, rating agencies, lawyers, auditors and investors.
- Establishing internal deal procedures across the relevant business areas within SPML, PML and the SSC.
- Reviewing marketing materials and legal documentation (principally mortgage sale contracts, offering circulars and mortgage administration agreements).
- Co-ordinating input from the relevant business areas within SPML, PML and the SSC on such materials.
- Organising deal due diligence and ongoing rating agency surveillance updates.
- Ensuring deadlines are met for the provision of data and documents to counterparties and within the group.
- Managing the provision of accurate and prompt reporting in accordance with contractual agreements to include (but not limited to): reconciliations, payments and investor reporting.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge Required
- Familiar with the residential non-conforming mortgage market, with in-depth knowledge of either the finance or servicing aspects of the mortgage business.
- The candidate should have a working knowledge of the key commercial and operational aspects of the mortgage businesses of SPML and/or PML.

Head of Customer Services

The Head of Customer Services is responsible for providing strategic direction, cultural change, leadership and development of the Customer Services functional area.
Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will take ownership and be accountable for the proactive and efficient Customer Services function incorporating various areas including Insurance, Further Lending, Redemptions, Deeds and General Administration teams ensuring that both quality and professional customer service is promoted in conjunction with the Company’s objectives whilst having proactive measures in place to minimize business risk.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge Required
Ideally, the candidate must have in depth knowledge of all the Customer Services functions and have proven experience in developing and leading a highly skilled and multi disciplined team.

MI Analyst

The Management Information team are responsible for providing all areas of the business with regular information (daily, weekly and monthly) on our mortgages. They will create new reports and amend existing reports to better support the business in ever changing times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Business analysis and user requirements specification for changes to the SQL Server 2000 data repository and other databases.
- Integration of new reporting requirements arising from new developments in front end systems e.g. Lynx, Synergy and developments arising from the ‘shared service centre’ project.
- Produce technical specifications for new developments and changes to the data repository and other MIS systems.
- Devise user acceptance test plans for new developments, run tests and document results in accordance with best practice standards.
- Assist in the development of best practice standards for change control, development, and production.
- Provision of loan sale data and liaising with relevant staff.
- Liaison with users on report requirements and report writing.
- Provide cover for other team members.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge Required
A minimum of 4 years demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Development and support of SQL Server 2000.
- Analysing and documenting user requirements
- Production of procedures and system documentation
- Experience of systems and data migration
Desirable skills:
- Visual Basic
- Crystal Reports
- MS Office including Access 2000 and Excel
